Some of the neighborhood attractions are the Good Food Store, Rosauers Grocery (some of the best donuts in town), Franklin Park, and the Milwaukee Trail for biking and walking. The neighborhood has been popular with developers due to favorable zoning and has seen a fair amount of new construction.
